Security is foundational to how we build TradesAI Lab. Here is an overview of the measures we take to protect your data and your accounts.
Our Approach
We treat the security and confidentiality of your data as a core responsibility. We apply industry-standard technical, physical, and organisational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and loss, and we continually review and improve these measures as the threat landscape evolves.
Data Encryption
All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using strong, industry-standard encryption algorithms. Credentials and secrets are stored using one-way hashing or dedicated secret management — never in plain text.
Secure Broker & Platform Connections
When you connect a broker or trading platform (such as MetaTrader 5, Binance, or Bybit), TradesAI Lab uses secure, scoped API connections. Wherever the integration supports it, we request read-only access so the Service can import and analyse your trade history without the ability to move funds or place trades on your behalf. You can revoke any connection at any time from your account settings or directly with the broker.
Access Controls
Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis and is logged and reviewed. Employees and data processors who handle personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations. We encourage every user to enable strong, unique passwords and to keep their account credentials confidential.
Infrastructure & Monitoring
Our infrastructure is hosted with reputable cloud providers that maintain robust physical and network security. We employ monitoring, logging, and automated alerting to help us detect and respond to suspicious activity, and we maintain backup and recovery processes to support availability and resilience.
Data Protection & Compliance

Your Role in Security
Security is a shared responsibility. We recommend that you use a strong and unique password, never share your credentials, remain alert to phishing attempts, and grant the Service only the broker permissions you are comfortable with. Please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in TradesAI Lab, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly. Please email support@trades.ai with details of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing or modifying data that does not belong to you.
